"Medicom MTD" offers the customers the following services:

• product delivery to the customer by express mail or any other way;
• installation and commissioning (at customer’s location);
• customs and other payments in compliance with laws of Russian Federation and laws of country-importer;
• on demand consulting concerning the work with equipment during whole operating life by Supply and Service Department of Manufacturer in English via electronic communications;
• scheduled consulting (see information at Manufacturer’s website) concerning the work with equipment (in a 5 days period) in Taganrog, Russia (travel and accommodation expenses are not included, visa support and interpreter are provided);
• 2-year warranty period at the manufacturer’s service center (expenses concerning delivery to Manufacturer’s factory and back to the Customer are discussed additionally).
